Since Kirsten's birthday is on Wednesday (6/2) Matt and Keila had her party on Tuesday evening. We had homemade cake and ice cream and lots of presents.
Birthday Girl -- Kirsten:
I gave her a Straberry Shortcake coloringbook (sheis looking at all the pages to color):
One of her parents presents was Barbie rollerblades. She was very excited to receive the roller blades. Keila told me that her older two siblings received roller blades for their birthdays this past year, after the second sibling received theirs Kirsten made a statement that she was going to get rollerblades for her birthday as well. Matt and Keila had not thought about her birthday or that she was old enought for them; but over the next few months they decided to order them for her because she did not ask for them or make anyother comment about getting them for her birthday. So they ordered them and I was able to bring them to Uganda when I came.
