This morning I was given the task of making banana bread for the Institute students staying at the church. Hopefully it tastes as good as it looks!
Recipe:
Cream together: 1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Kimbo (Crisco)
Add: 2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp baking soda
1 rounded tsp baking powder
2 c. flour
Grease and flour pans
Bake:30-45 minutes @ 350
Makes 5 mini loaves or 2 regular size loaves
